I keep apricot preserves around for this same reason. They make the most delightful glazes! If only I could keep the preserves from ending up in peanut butter sandwiches and lunchboxes, I'd get to use it that way. LOL!

Shamrock Herb Bread with Spinach Dip Looking for a green treat to bring to the party? Bake your favorite hot roll mix in the Shamrock Pan, hallow out the center and fill with your favorite (green!) spinach dip. Tools: Shamrock Pan Ingredients: 1 package Favorite hot roll mix (16 oz. package) water , to prepare mix butter , to prepare mix egg , to prepare mix 3/4 cup cheddar cheese , finely shredded (optional) Favorite homemade or purchased Spinach Dip Non-stick vegetable pan spray Makes: 1 loaf. + View Larger instructions Spray pan with vegetable pan spray. Prepare hot roll mix following package instructions; if desired, knead in shredded cheese. Press dough into prepared pan. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
