Peach Melba Sundae

Flaking Jello is easy. Just make the Jello and let it firm up. Use a fork and run it up and down the Jello to create small flakes. Get out your aggressions. It's fun and easy.

For me, I use fresh or frozen peaches to cut down on the carbs, and serve with Cool Whip Free. I can't resist ice cream, so we don't have it around here much. LOL!

Any way you have it, this dish is a delight when Indian Summer Days strike.
